FADED stands for Foundation for Dominican Educational Development (Fundación Al Desarrollo Educacional Dominicano). It is a non-profit voluntary and independent institution (charity) founded in 2006 with a mission of helping parents with the financial burden of buying school supplies and at the same time to promote elementary education in the Dominican Republic.

Becoming a Volunteer

Our volunteers have a great time participating in the good works we do across the Dominican Republic. Our volunteers help us prepare and distribute thousands of “Faded” School Supply bags to thousands of children across the Dominican Republic.
